Shipping Policy

All items are ready to ship except where stated as 'pre-order'.

  • Where items are currently in stock', please allow 1 working day, on any given day, for your item to ship.

  • For 'pre-order' items, please allow the recommended time stated in the listing for the item to be ready prior to dispatch.
  • If your order consists of a mix of pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment once the pre-ordered item is available (typically 4 weeks). This is to avoid confusion and to make sure you receive all your items together. Time taken for a pre-ordered item to ship is stated within the item’s listing.
  • Where your order contains a mix of pre-order and in stock items & you would like the in stock item to ship immediately please contact us to create an invoice for shipping only or place two different orders.
  • UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's signed for service and tracking details will be provided. Please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel. If the order is placed on a Saturday, after 6 pm, this will be dispatched via Hermes Standard Delivery.
  • UK Next Day Deliveries are shipped via DHL and orders need to be placed by 16:00, on any working day.
  • Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under £70 GBP / $100 USD approx. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
    • As a special thank you to our customers, UK delivery is free on orders above 70 GBP / $100 USD.

    All shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Saturday will be dispatched the following calendar day (except for Sundays, in which we will dispatch the order on Monday morning); orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) on Saturday will dispatched the following Monday. Please allow two additional working days for Highlands and Islands.
